Shipping – Receipt of Order

Sending orders for small parcels, up to 80cm, is done through the General Post Office. Larger carpets are shipped through a transport company. Shipping costs are free for orders over 85 €. Delivery of orders is expected to take place within 3 working days.

For purchases under 85 € the shipping costs are set at 5 € including cash on delivery.

Special cases: Islands and Outlying areas.

It is noted that when sending products to the consumer the risk of loss or damage of the goods is transferred to the consumer, when he or a third party who is defined by the consumer and is different from the carrier has acquired physical possession of the goods. However, the consumer is responsible for the product after delivery of the carrier.
